George’s career began in 1999 following his graduation from the Chubb Institute with a diploma in Network Engineering. His professional trajectory through the New York financial sector established a “zero-failure” mindset:

• Financial IT Specialist: George began his journey with a consulting firm specifically built to handle the rigorous IT demands of a CPA firm’s clientele.
• Strategic IT Manager: Within three years, he was promoted to IT Manager for the CPA firm, where he took full responsibility for the organization’s technological infrastructure and critical vendor relationships.
• Enterprise Systems Administrator: He was subsequently recruited by a well-known Mutual Fund in Midtown Manhattan. Serving as a Systems Administrator and reporting directly to the Company CTO, George managed high-availability systems where downtime was not an option.

The Evolution of Managed IT & Cybersecurity

In 2006, George launched DGROM Computer Services Company in New York City to bridge the gap between “basic” IT repair and the enterprise-grade management that small businesses desperately needed.

• Regional Expansion (2009): The firm moved its headquarters to Central New Jersey to bring high-level IT standards to the Garden State while continuing to support a dedicated NYC client base.
• Unified AV & IT (2012): Recognizing the convergence of networking and communication, George partnered with a premier computer consulting company and AV integrator. During this time, he mastered the AV business, allowing him to integrate professional audio-visual solutions with core IT infrastructures.
• Computer Services New Jersey (2019): To better serve the local community, the company added the DBA “Computer Services New Jersey,” reflecting a commitment to being the premier technology partner for the state’s diverse business landscape.
